The Role

As a Social Media & Content Manager, you will take full ownership of the company’s organic content strategy, execution, and community engagement across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging platforms. This is not just a social media management role — content creation will be at the heart of your day-to-day. You will concept, plan, and produce engaging platform-native content while building and nurturing a thriving online community. Collaborating closely with Marketing, Design, Performance, and Product teams, you will bring the brand story to life through creative storytelling, driving engagement, virality, and trust at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation

• Develop and manage a comprehensive, platform-specific content calendar

• Plan, create, and publish original, high-quality content: video, reels, carousels, stories, polls, and UGC-based content

• Translate scientific and technical concepts into engaging, visually appealing storytelling

• Maintain and evolve a brand voice that is empowering, science-backed, and accessible

Community Management

• Lead daily engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Trustpilot, and other platforms

• Respond to comments, DMs, and community questions to build a supportive, loyal audience

UGC & Ambassador Program

• Build and manage relationships with micro-influencers, early adopters, customers, and brand advocates

• Source, curate, and repurpose UGC to amplify authenticity and social proof

• Collaborate with the paid marketing team to adapt UGC for ads

Trendspotting & Experimentation

• Monitor cultural trends, social conversations, and competitor activity

• Test new content formats, themes, and creative approaches to drive virality and audience growth

Collaboration & Creative Briefing

• Work closely with Designers and Editors to brief assets aligned with campaigns

• Share performance insights to refine content strategies

Analytics & Reporting

• Define and track KPIs such as audience growth, engagement, video views, and UGC volume

• Provide actionable insights to leadership to inform ongoing strategy

Ideal Candidate

• 3–5+ years of experience managing both social media and content creation for DTC, wellness, beauty, or health brands

• Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, and hands-on visual content creation skills

• Deep understanding of platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms

• Experience with UGC pipelines, ambassador/influencer programs, and organic growth strategies

• Proficiency with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, and scheduling platforms (e.g., Later, Planoly, Hootsuite)

• Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights and optimize strategies

• Highly creative, proactive, and eager to test, iterate, and push creative boundaries

• Passion for beauty, wellness, or science-backed consumer products is a strong plus

• Ability to work aligned to European business hours
