This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Content Creator & Growth Specialist at Transworld GCC. The role involves creating engaging social media content, developing growth strategies, managing social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing marketing campaigns to drive audience growth and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in video editing and content production
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms
• Experience in creating content that drives engagement and conversions
• Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Strong on-camera presence and ability to engage audiences is a plus!
• Knowledge of M&A, business advisory, or related fields is a plus!

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
• Edit high-quality videos using industry-standard tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)
• Develop and implement content strategies to grow social media accounts organically
• Research trends and best practices to enhance content reach and engagement
• Write compelling captions, blogs, and content optimized for each platform
• Optimize content for lead generation & sales
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
• Track performance metrics and refine content strategy
