Internship Description:
A fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door with a global company in the educational travel/tourism industry! As an intern in the Student Services team, you will be focused on always delivering great service to our students by providing product and service information, resolving product and service problems with an outcome that the student appreciates, and ensuring each student experience with EC exceeds their expectations.
Upon completion, you will then be certified by an EC Certificate of Completion. Above all, it is a great opportunity to interact with people from various countries / cultures and to practice written and spoken business English.
Key Learning Tasks:
Content creation
Social media – reels, posts, stories
Emailing
Basic video editing
Social media execution & community management (Facebook & Instagram)
Content management (B2C)
Execution of strategy as set out by Student Services Team
Skills and Attributes:
Intermediate level of English
Knowledge of social media platforms
Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe or similar)
Photography (nice to have)
Video editing (nice to have)
Content management (e.g. WordPress, MailChimp) (nice to have)
