To bridge the gap between global talent and Canadian opportunity by managing the brand’s digital presence. This role combines creative content production, regulatory news reporting, and community management to build a foundation of trust that converts social followers into successful immigration candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute creative social media strategies aligned with brand objectives
Plan, create, and schedule content across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X)
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and voice
Monitor trends and leverage them to increase engagement, reach, and revenue
Manage content calendars and ensure timely submission for review and approval
Content & Campaign Management
Collaborate with internal teams and creative departments to develop engaging campaigns
Brief design and creative teams on content requirements
Execute social media campaigns including influencer, affiliate, and sponsorship initiatives
Continuously optimize content performance through testing and data-driven insights
Influencer Marketing
Research, identify, and engage relevant influencers aligned with brand goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and partners
Negotiate contracts and manage influencer collaborations
Stay informed on influencer agency landscape and industry developments
Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and KPIs
Provide insights on engagement, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness
Recommend improvements based on data and performance trends
Manage reporting for stakeholders and participate in monthly KPI reviews
Market Research & Trends
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends
Stay up to date with social media best practices, emerging platforms, and technologies
Share insights, trends, and case studies with the marketing team on a regular basis
Compliance & Best Practices
Ensure all social media activity complies with relevant regulations (including Canadian guidelines where applicable & Brand Guidelines)
Maintain knowledge of digital marketing standards and platform policies
Collaboration & Leadership
Work cross-functionally with the marketing team to align social media with broader campaigns
Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve overall marketing performance
Tools & Platforms
Social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar)
Analytics and reporting tools (platform-native and web analytics tools)
Design tools such as Canva (Adobe Suite experience advantageous)
