We’re looking for a Social Media and Content Manager who operates at the intersection of: Storytelling - Strategy - AI - Human Emotion
You won’t just manage channels, you’ll shape perception our life in our communities. You’ll turn real moments inside our buildings into content that:
• stops the scroll
• shifts mindsets about aging
• makes families say “this feels different and I want my loved one to live there”
• makes talent say “I want to work there”
This role is part content creator, part brand builder, part cultural capturer.
What You’ll Build:
1. A Brand People Feel
• Translate everyday moments into powerful, human stories
• Capture vitality, movement, joy, and connection, not clichés
• Create content that looks and feels unlike anything
2. A High-Performance Content Engine
• Own and execute a multi-platform content strategy (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, emerging platforms)
• Build a consistent, elevated, recognizable brand voice
• Develop a repeatable system for sharing content across multiple communities
3. A Modern, AI-Accelerated Workflow
• Leverage tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, CapCut, and emerging platforms
• Move faster without sacrificing quality
• Continuously test, learn, and evolve
4. A Connected Community (Online + Offline)
• Engage authentically with families, prospects, and team members
• Turn followers into advocates
• Amplify real voices from within our communities
5. Internal and Family Storytelling
• Create meaningful communications for families
• Elevate team member storytelling and recognition
• Reinforce culture through content, not just messaging
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or relevant experience in the field.
• 2+ years in social media/content (lifestyle, hospitality, wellness, or brand-driven environments preferred) such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Have experience using social media scheduling and content management platforms such as Agorapulse, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite in a corporate or agency setting.
• An understanding of metrics, tracking, and attribution related to social media engagement.
• Experience handling customer relationship issues on public-facing channels.
• An ability to work autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent English skills: writing and grammar skills, speaking and listening.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong portfolio of content (video, copy, campaigns, or brand work)
