Who we are looking for:

We're seeking a Social Manager, Social Strategy to join VML's large and growing social marketing team. You will be working on a large automotive client.

You're a curious, culturally-fluent strategist who loves to question assumptions and challenge the status quo. You'll uncover insights that can guide a brand's ideas and decisions in social.

What you’ll do:

• Develop social strategies, social playbooks, activations and campaign ideas

• Conduct and synthesize research, social listening and other data to contribute to a brand's strategic decisions

• Partner with creative, strategy, data and media teams to support a brand's social marketing goals

Who you are:

• 1-3 years experience in social media marketing or strategy, agency experience preferred

• Understanding of social platforms including how they work and how consumers use them

• Experience working independently and ability to move projects forward without detailed direction

• Collaborative, detail oriented, and great problem solver

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
