About the role

We’re looking for a passionate Social & Digital Engagement Specialist to support AROA’s digital initiatives with a focus on social media, marketing automation and customer journeys. This role suits someone who works independently, takes ownership, and brings fresh ideas to the table. Key responsibilities -

Grow and manage AROA’s US social media presence (LinkedIn & X)

Plan and execute engaging content calendars, collaborating with product and design teams

Build, optimise, and manage customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Run multi-channel campaigns across social, email, and digital advertising

Analyse campaign performance and turn insights into action to improve engagement and ROI

What you’ll bring:

A passion for growing our brand and shaping how we connect across digital channels. Around 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience managing social media and marketing automation. You’ll also bring -

Experience building customer journeys and running LinkedIn campaigns

Understanding of analytics, segmentation, and digital compliance

Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Experience in regulated industries (Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals) is a plus but not essential

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platform
