We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Social Creative Intern to join our dynamic marketing team this Fall. This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about social media, has a keen eye for engaging content, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with our social media and creative teams to develop and execute innovative social media campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging TikTok content, including active participation in video shooting and editing, and contributing fresh ideas to enhance our TikTok presence.

• Design compelling graphics for all social media platforms, including Instagram Stories and in-feed posts.

• Monitor and analyze social media engagement to identify high-performing content and campaigns.

• Generate and research original content ideas through brainstorming sessions.

• Coordinate influencer and PR gifting from fulfillment to tracking.

• Track competitors and industry trends within the fashion/accessory space to identify new opportunities.

• Assist with photoshoot pre-production, including prop sourcing, sample coordination, booking messengers, and location research.

• Provide on-set support to the Producer and Art Director during social and feature photoshoots.

• Manage prop rentals, including booking messengers for pick-up and coordinating returns post-shoot, and track all creative shipments.

• Develop and maintain organized systems and creative documents for the studio closet, samples, and props.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a program in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Film Production, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.

• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma) and/or video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Basic knowledge of photography equipment and techniques is a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A portfolio showcasing creative work (e.g., social media posts, videos, graphic design projects) is highly preferred.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.

• Must be able to commit to 15-25 hours/ week

New York Pay Range
$16—$20 USD
