About the Role
Adquadrant is scaling its Social Commerce division with a clear goal: build one of the strongest creator-led commerce engines in the market, starting with TikTok Shop and expanding across the broader creator ecosystem.
We are hiring a Social Commerce Coordinator, Creator & Affiliate Operations to support the day-to-day execution required to grow client GMV, increase creator output, improve sampling workflows, and keep affiliate programs moving with speed and accuracy.
This is a junior, hands-on role. It is not a director role. It is not a high-level strategy role. The right person will be comfortable doing the tactical work that makes the system run: creator outreach, affiliate approvals, sample tracking, re-engagement messages, campaign setup, reporting updates, backend QA, and client support prep.
You will work closely with the Social Commerce leadership team and support the operators responsible for client strategy. Over time, the goal is for this person to grow into deeper client ownership and strategic contribution, but the immediate need is executional capacity, operational consistency, and fast learning.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, TikTok Shop, e-commerce, or creator operations and wants to build deep expertise in one of the fastest-growing areas of modern commerce.
What You’ll Own
Creator & Affiliate Program Execution
Support day-to-day TikTok Shop affiliate and creator program management across multiple clients.
Assist with creator outreach, follow-ups, re-engagement messages, affiliate approvals, sample coordination, and campaign setup.
Help identify creators who are a strong fit for client products, campaigns, and performance goals.
Support paid affiliate / creator activation workflows, including tracking creators, deliverables, product shipments, posting status, and performance.
Maintain organized creator lists, outreach trackers, sample trackers, and campaign documentation.
Help ensure creators receive clear instructions, product information, timelines, and expectations.
Sampling & Backend Operations
Support product sampling workflows inside TikTok Shop Seller Center and Affiliate Center.
Help monitor sample volume, approval status, creator acceptance, shipment status, content output, and product availability.
Flag operational issues quickly, including low sample acceptance, out-of-stock products, weak creator response, or low content throughput.
Assist with backend tasks such as approving samples, creating campaign links, checking affiliate settings, updating trackers, and escalating issues.
Partner with internal team members to make sure sampling strategy is being executed accurately and consistently.
Client Support & Meeting Preparation
Support the Social Commerce team with client agenda preparation, weekly updates, and tactical account notes.
Pull performance updates and help organize insights for client calls.
Assist in documenting what is happening across each client account: creator activity, sampling progress, content volume, GMV trends, blockers, and next steps.
Prepare internal updates and collaborate with senior leadership on go-forward strategy.
Support follow-up tasks after client calls to ensure execution does not stall.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Update dashboards, trackers, and recurring reports tied to creator and affiliate program health.
Monitor key performance indicators such as sample volume, creator acceptance, video output, clicks, conversions, GMV, content performance, and affiliate activity.
Help identify tactical opportunities, such as products that need creator re-engagement, campaigns with low sample-to-video conversion, or creators who should be reactivated.
Maintain clean, accurate data so the team can make better decisions faster.
**Note: This role does not require someone to build an advanced analytics function from scratch, but it does require comfort working in spreadsheets, dashboards, TikTok Shop data, and performance trackers.
Sales & Audit Support
Assist the Social Commerce team with prospect audits when needed.
Help collect and organize information related to TikTok Shop setup, affiliate activity, sampling volume, creator performance, product availability, and obvious growth blockers.
Support the development of repeatable audit templates that can eventually become more standardized and automated.
**Note: This is not a primary sales role, but this person should be able to help gather the operational inputs needed for stronger new business recommendations.
What Success Looks Like
In the first 30 days, you understand the core TikTok Shop, creator, affiliate, and sampling workflows. You are helping update trackers, support backend tasks, and reduce tactical load from the senior team.
In the first 60 days, you are independently owning recurring executional tasks across assigned clients, flagging issues before they become problems, and helping the team stay organized across creator outreach, sampling, and reporting.
In the first 90 days, you are materially improving operating cadence. The team has cleaner trackers, faster follow-through, better visibility into client account health, and more time available for strategy, growth planning, and high-impact client work.
Long term, the goal is for this person to become an irreplaceable piece of our TikTok Shop ecosystem, owning client strategy execution from A to Z, and growing GMV like it's a no brainer.
Required Experience
1 to 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator operations, social commerce, e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
Hands-on exposure to creator outreach, influencer campaigns, affiliate programs, marketplace operations, or e-commerce campaign execution.
Strong organizational skills and comfort managing many small moving pieces at once.
Comfort working in spreadsheets, trackers, dashboards, and project management tools.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to learn new platforms quickly.
Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where process is still being built.
Strong written communication skills.
Low ego, high ownership, and willingness to do the tactical work.
Preferred Experience
Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center or TikTok Shop Affiliate Center.
Experience supporting creator, influencer, or affiliate programs for e-commerce brands.
Agency or multi-client experience.
Experience with DTC brands, marketplace selling, Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, or social commerce.
Familiarity with creator sampling workflows.
Experience supporting client reporting or client meeting prep.

This is a hands-on operator role for someone who wants to help build the execution engine behind a fast-growing Social Commerce practice.
Reporting Structure
This role will report into the Social Commerce team and work closely with the team members responsible for client strategy, creator operations, affiliate execution, and client success.
The role may support multiple client accounts and internal operators, depending on client volume, GMV, and operational need.
Compensation Level
This should be positioned as a junior full-time role, likely in the $55K to $75K base range, depending on market, experience, and whether the person has direct TikTok Shop experience.
If someone has true TikTok Shop Affiliate Center experience and strong multi-client execution experience, you may stretch higher.
