Brief Job Description (Pls. list them in order of importance) : To conduct the desktop reviews, technical / social /Security/Environmental audits based on various standards and code of conducts of various retailers, on behalf of whom we conduct the assessments for second party. 2. Key Results Areas ( KRA’s) & Key Deliverables : To conduct the audits professionally and in accordance with various standards / codes To summaries the report / perform the audit opening & closing meeting as per client requirements To deliver audit report timely manner & also perform the file management as per guidelines To support back office operations (post audit activities) as & when required. 3. Technical / Behavioral / Managerial / Critical Skills Desired: Team Worker Dynamic Can handle management queries and doubts. Good Communication and presentation skills Convincing ability Eye for detail. Willing to travel extensively (critical requirement).Any person having travel constraint due to physical or family or other reason, will be a problem. Long term commitment ( min 4-5 years ). Ability to handle sensitive situations Polite
