The programmes and Relationships Manager oversees the co-ordination and administration of all aspects of on-going programmes including planning, organizating, staffing, leading, and controlling programme activities.
• Manage the organization's CSR Outsourcing projects
• Manage partnership and volunteering activities for the organization's national transformational projects for poverty reduction
• Research and analyze organization's CSR programmes, host community needs and other stakeholders to identify needs, align interests and determine project direction and goals
• Design and oversee programme to meet the needs of the target audience or community
• Establish methods to gather information about the impact of their programmes
• Supervise volunteers and other social workers who provide services to clients and communities to ensure that programmes are of appropriate quality and resources are used effectively
• Analyze data to determine the effectiveness of programmes
• Plan and manage community outreach efforts to advocate for increased awareness of programmes
• Develop publications, grant applications and reports through collaborative writing and editing
• Manage and coordinate programmatic meetings including managing logistical contractors and consultants
• Establish and maintain relationships with other agencies, stakeholders and organizations (including government and media agencies) for proper engagement
Bachelor's degree
5 years experience in a related field especially in community engagement
