About the Role:
We're looking for a Social Analytics Manager who brings innate curiosity and a collaborative spirit. You'll be a strategic partner, focusing on client-level social campaign measurement and reporting. Your core mission will be transforming complex social data into clear, actionable insights that drive business growth and optimize our digital presence.
Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for managing raw data collection from multiple sources (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, etc.) and perform analysis to identify key insight
• Work with team members to produce actionable deliverables (e.g. weekly, monthly, quarterly, scorecards, ad hoc and project summary reports) to support strategic planning activities
• Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders (marketing, product, PR, and leadership teams)
• Conduct interim and post-campaign analyses
• Help write preliminary and final reports with clear insights and recommendations
• Present project specific findings to team members and clients and collect feedback
• Interprets industry and historic customer data and trends to provide insight into both completed projects as well as strategy for future efforts
• Demonstrate curiosity for the subject matter and the ability to connect results to implications for the business
• Help manage multiple projects concurrently, with accuracy and efficiency
• Turn business objectives into measurable project goals
• Quickly grasp and retains focus on key issues
• Articulate key program objectives, measurement strategy, and relevant results that drive to insights.
• Understand data quality and coverage issues
Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in social media analytics, preferably in the automotive or consumer goods industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Communications, or related experience
• Proficient in Pivot Tables or other data visualization tools
• Experience with organic and paid performance tracking (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Native Social Platform Analytics)
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of automotive industry trends and digital consumer behavior
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, KPIs, and content strategies
• Familiarity with social listening tools and CRM/social integration
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills — able to translate data into insights and insights into action
The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below.
