About the Role
This role plays a critical hybrid role in transforming the brand's social ecosystem in PH Market. This position combines community management excellence with data-driven insight generation to ensure social is engaging, measurable, and continuously optimized.
This role acts as both the daily voice of the brand in culture and a key translator of social data into actionable insights that inform content, engagement strategy, and campaign performance.
What You’ll Do
Community Management & Publishing
•
• Manage day-to-day engagement across brand social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Deliver strategic 1:1 interactions aligned with defined engagement guardrails and brand tone of voice
• Prioritize marketing- and campaign-related inquiries, escalating customer service concerns to appropriate teams
• Monitor and escalate potential risks, issues, or sensitive conversations
• Own publishing through Sprinklr and native platforms, ensuring calendar accuracy and quality control
• Collaborate closely with Social Strategists and cross-functional teams on content planning and execution
Social Listening & Insight Development
• Monitor social conversations, sentiment, and cultural trends using Sprinklr and other listening tools
• Identify emerging themes, risks, and opportunities across brand and category discussions
• Analyze performance data to uncover actionable insights for optimization
• Integrate influencer and creator performance data where relevant
• Track competitor and category activity to inform strategic recommendations
Reporting & Optimization
• Maintain real-time dashboards to provide visibility on campaign and always-on performance
• Translate performance metrics into clear insights and recommendations
• Support campaign reporting (DAR/AAR) with strong analytical narratives
• Provide actionable insights that inform content strategy, engagement approach, and media performance
What You’ll Need
• 3–6 years of experience in social media, community management, or digital analytics
• Experience using social management and listening tools (Sprinklr preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
• Strong written communication skills aligned with brand tone of voice
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
