Los Angeles Soccer School (LASSO) is more than just a youth soccer program—it’s a movement dedicated to developing the next generation of soccer stars. We are passionate about creating a fun, inclusive, and high-energy environment where children aged 3-12 can develop their skills, build confidence, and foster a lifelong love for the game. At LASSO, we believe that soccer is more than just a sport; it’s a tool for personal growth, teamwork, and community building. Our coaches are the heartbeat of our program, and we are committed to providing them with the tools, training, and support they need to succeed. Applications will be accepted outside of the recruitment window, however, applicants will be added to a waitlist. If selected, applicants will be required to undergo a practical assessment.

Responsibilities:

Deliver dynamic soccer sessions to a diverse age range.

Command respect and assertiveness with participants.

Handle admin tasks (registers, paperwork & H&S documents) efficiently.

Create a FUN and engaging learning environment.

Uphold professionalism with clients.

Maintain strong customer retention.

Understand and cater to the needs of the participants.

Knowledge and Experience Requirements:

NGB Level 1 FA Coaching Badge (desirable)

Experience in delivering soccer sessions.

A genuine passion for soccer is a MUST.

Excellent organization and time management skills.

First Aid and Child Protection Training – Desirable (training can be provided).

Level 2 Coaching badge – Desirable (training can be provided).
