To operate and monitor all systems within the SOC in a professional and efficient manner. To ensure integrity, accuracy and confidentiality of all information gained by compliance with quality standards and legislation, whilst preserving the rights of the individual. To provide support to SOC Supervisor and Manager in running the smooth SOC Operation.

Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor all systems within the SOC in an efficient manner ensuring that all work is undertaken in compliance with the site instructions. Specific tasks include:
• Granting, modification and removal of access rights to support the maintenance of agreed KPIs.
• New access configuration
• Maintenance of LENEL Enterprise access control system (Card issuance, Cancellation, Access level modification, report generation).
• Production and management of SOC activity reports
• Assess and escalate security threats, emergencies, and incidents to the appropriate personnel and teams.
• Follow established protocols and procedures to manage security incidents, coordinating with on-site personnel, law enforcement, and third-party vendors as needed.
• Document all incidents, actions taken, and outcomes in a detailed and accurate manner.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, management, and external partners to provide updates on ongoing incidents and ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
• Assist in conducting regular security checks of facilities and equipment, identifying and reporting any anomalies or vulnerabilities and support audit-related queries.
• Participate in training programs to maintain and enhance knowledge of security procedures, emergency response protocols, and technology updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review security processes and recommend improvements based on observed trends and incident analyses.
• Support the SOC Supervisor, Lead and other team members in various tasks related to security operations.
• Stay informed about global security trends, emerging threats, and best practices in security management.
• Support the client’s operational excellence programme:
• Support the client’s broader Corporate Real Estate and workplace strategy by proactively identifying operational needs, potential risks, and service gaps, ensuring they are addressed through the appropriate processes and channels.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to drive timely, high‑quality resolution of issues across all workplace environments.
• Uphold safety, security, compliance, and confidentiality standards to maintain a reliable, well‑governed, and trusted workplace experience.
• Contribute insights, observations, and recommendations that enhance service quality, streamline workflows, and elevate the overall employee, guest, and stakeholder experience.
• Work collaboratively across the Corporate Real Estate function:
• Work proactively and collaboratively across teams to anticipate needs and support colleagues, stakeholders, with a seamless, solution-oriented approach.
• Partner with workplace, facilities, operations, and experience teams to deliver cohesive, end to end service across all zones and work environments. This may include broader campus teams.
• Assist with events, tours, executive engagements, and special onsite activities to help create a polished, well-coordinated experience for employees and guests.
• Provide flexible support across the site as needed to maintain consistent service standards and ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a Phyical Security Security Operations Centre team
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of incident management, problem management and change management best practices.
• Superior communication skills, ability to brief senior management team, develop and maintain positive relationships with all members of staff at all levels.
• Knowledge in various access control and CCTV operating system
• Lenel based professional certifications highly desirable (LCA/LCP/LCE)
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work under little to no direct supervision in high pressure environments.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Able to multitask and manage detail-oriented tasks.
• Able to discern patterns and trends in a logical fashion.
