Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (BGSV) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH, offering end-to-end Engineering, IT, and Business Solutions.  

Starting its operation from 2010 at Etown 2 in HCMC, BGSV is the first software development center of Bosch in Southeast Asia. BGSV nowadays have over 4,000 associates, with a global footprint and presence in the US, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region. With our unique ability to offer end-to-end solutions that connect sensors, software, and services, we enable businesses to move from the traditional to digital or improve businesses by introducing a digital element in their products and processes. 

BGSV currently operates from three offices located at the following addresses: 

1. Etown Building – 364 Cong Hoa Street, Ward 13, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam 

2. OfficeHaus Building – 32 Tan Thang Street, Son Ky Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam 

3. Capital Place Building – 29 Lieu Giai Street, Ngoc Khanh Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi, Vietnam 

• Take overall responsibility for technical support and IT service delivery, ensuring scalable, and secure operations.
• Define and maintain high-performance benchmarks for IT products and services, ensuring consistent delivery against Service Level Agreements.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical challenges, providing architectural guidance and ensuring rapid resolution of critical issues.
• Proactively identify and drive business development opportunities within IT projects to expand the team’s impact and revenue.
• Translate department and company-wide objectives into actionable technical goals, driving the team toward shared success.
• Provide technical expertise during the business planning phase and assist in acquisition activities to ensure technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
• Strategically plan and allocate human resources, specialized tools, and hardware to ensure project deployments meet strict Cost, Quality, and Schedule targets.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through transparent communication and reliable delivery.
• Create an environment of continuous learning. Identify skill gaps and approve targeted training and certification paths for group members.
• Drive a high-performance culture through regular performance evaluations, technical mentorship, and proactive coaching.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment that encourages innovation, engagement, and collective problem-solving.

• Bachelor or Master degree in IT/ Computer Science or relevant background
• Have at least 10+ year of experience in IT 
• Have at least 7+ year of experience in management position (Project management and Team management)
• Proven ability to lead highly motivated technical teams while maintaining a focus on business outcomes.
• Capable of translating complex technical concepts into business value for customers and senior management.
• Excellent at English communication skills
• A strong, independent leader capable of operating with high levels of autonomy and making critical decisions under pressure.
