• Support the Project Manager & Project Team in daily project coordination for automotive development projects.
• Maintain and update project plans, milestones, and schedules according to the Bosch automotive V-Model.
• Track and follow up engineering change requests
• Track tasks, deliverables, and open action items and follow up with responsible team members.
• Prepare and update project status reports, KPIs, and presentation materials for internal reviews.
• Support cost and effort tracking, including headcount tracking and basic budget monitoring.
• Organize and document project meetings (e.g. weekly status, milestone reviews), including meeting minutes and action tracking.
• Support risk and issue tracking by maintaining logs and monitoring mitigation actions.
• Supporting project documentation for audits and assessments (e.g. ASPICE)
• Maintain project documentation and ensure data accuracy in Bosch project management tools and systems (e.g. Jira, ALM, iGPM MCR, MS project, Super OPL, Salesforce).
• Support collaboration with other project teams and assist in knowledge sharing and lessons learned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Automotive or a related field 
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in English and Korean (both written and spoken)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Ms. Project)
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Quick learner with a proactive mindset
• Project management certificate (PMP, CAPM...) is an advantage
