Name of the Position: Snr. UI Designer/Visual Designer

Experience Required: 5- 9 years

Major Responsibilities:

• Visual design definition, direction and execution.

• Design intuitive, usable and engaging mobile &web interactions and interface designs

• Conduct usability research (expert reviews, competitive analysis, task analysis, card sorts, user interviews, and usability tests) and put together detailed, structured analysis of issues and potential solutions

Expertise:

• Good Knowledge of Ecommerce web and mobile design, solid experience in creating UI designs storyboards, user flows.

Additional Requirements:

• Translate high level business requirements into tangible user interface solutions that integrate the latest standards in interaction design and visual design trends.

• Highly creative, Design intuitive, usable and engaging Web and mobile application interactions and interface designs

• Proficient with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies

• Proficiency to establish the visual design language of project.

• Consulting with clientele and lead experience architect

• Provide clear justification for design decisions with relevant data and sound judgment

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as well as the broader UX team throughout the design process

• Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications

• Experience leveraging a design style guide / system to optimize and enhance visual experiences

• Adobe software proficiency is a must (Photoshop, Illustrator, and other, Aftereffects, Flash a plus)

• Sound illustration and Drawing skills.

• Attention to detail and follow through

• Online Portfolio

• Good written and verbal communication skills
