Mode of work : Remote.

We are looking for an experienced Wireless Engineer with strong expertise in Juniper Mist Wireless solutions to support a global migration project from Cisco wireless infrastructure to Juniper Mist. The resource will be involved in planning, deployment, troubleshooting, and supporting wireless operations during and post migration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of a global wireless migration from Cisco to Juniper Mist.

• Support configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of Juniper Mist Access Points and wireless controllers.

• Work closely with senior engineers and project managers to ensure seamless rollout across global sites.

• Maintain detailed documentation of wireless network configurations, changes, and procedures.

• Provide Tier 1–2 support for wireless network issues during and after the migration.

• Participate in testing and validation of wireless designs, hardware, and connectivity performance.

• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational standards throughout the migration process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7–12 years of hands-on experience in wireless network engineering.

• Working experience of Juniper Mist wireless solutions and related tools.

• Basic experience with Cisco networking technologies (IOS / NX-OS).

• Basic experience with Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC).

• Basic familiarity with Arista EOS and network devices.

• Strong understanding of wireless networking concepts including RF fundamentals and WLAN design.

• Experience with wireless monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to automation tools such as Ansible / Python scripting.

• Experience in enterprise-scale wireless migrations or refresh projects.

• Certifications such as CWNA / JNCIA / Mist AI certifications will be an added advantage.
