Job Description

Overview:

Tender Lawn Care is hiring Snow Plow Operators to keep homes and businesses safe during winter storms. If you like working outdoors, operating snow plows and loaders, and seeing the results of your hard work, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

Clear snow and ice from driveways, sidewalks, and parking lots.

Operate snow plow trucks, loaders, skid steers, and other equipment.

Spread salt, sand, and ice melt to prevent hazards.

Complete pre-trip inspections, route logs, and time sheets.

Work on-call hours: overnight, early mornings, weekends, holidays.

Requirements:

Experience with snow removal equipment.

Physically able to lift, push, and operate equipment in cold conditions.

Dependable and flexible during snow events.

Proper cold-weather gear.

Valid driver’s license and clean record.
