Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated SMM Specialist who will play a key role in shaping and strengthening our social media presence in Vietnam.
This role involves reviewing existing channels and content approaches, deepening local focus, and driving improvements to the overall SMM strategy in line with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze existing social media channels and content performance

Propose and implement improvements to the local SMM strategy and content approach

Develop and execute content plans for Facebook, TikTok, Zalo, Telegram, and Instagram

Create short-form videos, visuals, and educational content tailored to local audience behavior

Manage and grow social media pages and community channels

Launch, test, and optimize social media campaigns

Track analytics, engagement metrics, and conversion performance

Coordinate with Business Development Team

Support brand awareness and lead generation initiatives in Vietnam

Requirements

Proven experience in Social Media Marketing

Strong understanding of Vietnamese social media platforms, formats, and trends

Experience in FinTech, Trading, or Financial services is a strong advantage

Ability to analyze existing content and suggest data-driven improvements

Basic graphic design and video editing skills

Creative mindset combined with a structured and analytical approach

Vietnamese language is required; English is a strong plus
