About the role
We’re launching a global social media initiative and looking for an SMM to lead it.
You’ll manage Instagram and TikTok across markets, adapt content for different audiences, and make our brand shine worldwide,driving real business impact and partnerships.
Your creativity will drive results: from strategy and content planning to analytics and testing new trends. The best part? This initiative is set to grow into a full Brand/Social department, giving you a clear path to step up into Senior, Lead, or Brand Management roles.

In this role, you will:
• Develop and execute a content strategy across multiple international markets
• Scale Instagram and launch TikTok
• Produce and publish engaging content (Reels, TikToks, static, educational & trend-based formats)
• Adapt content to different cultural contexts
• Collaborate with designers, influencer managers, and cross-functional teams
• Work with UGC and trend-driven formats
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize based on data
• Build a structured and scalable SMM approach

It’s all about you:
• 2+ years of experience in SMM
• Сreated high-engagement content
• Worked across multiple industries
• Experience with international markets (strong advantage)
• Сonfident with Instagram & TikTok analytics
• Work with Meta Business Suite & TikTok Analytics
• Use Canva / CapCut / Adobe Spark
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level
• Data-first and result-oriented thinking
