Job Role
Do you excel at renewals, customer retention and building customer relationships?
We are looking to expand our Renewals Team. The role will involve managing a portfolio of existing customers and their renewals. The skills required will be the ability to maintain, retain and grow the customer accounts. You should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with customers and work to provide exceptional customer service.

Objectives/Responsibilities
Ensure renewals are handled professionally.
Strengthen relationships with key contacts in customer organisations.
Ensure a trusting relationship with existing commercial contacts & building new executive contacts across the client’s organisation.
Ensure that customers are delighted with the products/ solutions we have sold them, they are working well and entrenched in the organisation.
Keep customers up to date with new developments, stories, use cases, products or solutions that may be relevant for them to adopt to further entrench ourselves into their organisation.
Uncover new sales opportunities and continually grow the value of the account.
Ensure a consistent level of service is delivered.
Manage the day-to-day customer relationship.
Understand the expectations of your customers to ensure fast, efficient and cost-effective services are delivered to meet those expectations.
Maintain and develop relationships with Vendors and Distributors.
Compile proposals using templates for key account projects and new business
Achieve and over-achieve renewals revenue and profit targets
Required Experience/Skills
3 - 5 years experience in account management/renewals specialist for high-end IT/Technology or cybersecurity products, which will secure an invite to an interview.
Expert at dealing with renewals and customer retention.
Good presentation skills.
Good MS Office and CRM understanding
Clear communication skills – verbal and written.
Is a team player but capable of working as a driven individual.
