The role you’ll play

• Turn inbound leads into impactful partnerships that drive growth for fitness and wellness businesses

• Qualify new prospects and guide them through a fast-paced, full-cycle sales process

• Hit and exceed daily KPIs and monthly targets with consistency and energy

• Leverage email, phone, CRM tools, and social platforms to keep your pipeline active and moving

• Customize pitches and proposals that highlight ClassPass’ value in creative, compelling ways

• Share feedback, wins, and learnings to refine team strategy and level up results

• Bring new ideas to the table—think bold, smart, and outside the box

• Champion exceptional experiences at every touchpoint while representing ClassPass with passion

Experience you bring

• Proven success managing the full sales cycle, from lead to close, in a high-volume environment

• Confident communicator who thrives on connecting with people and building trust fast

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks without dropping the ball

• Fluent in persuasive storytelling—through calls, emails, decks, or face-to-face

• Self-motivated and results-driven, always looking for ways to exceed goals

• Familiar with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Salesloft and quick to adapt to new tools

• Energized by fast-paced days filled with outreach, follow-ups, and fresh opportunities

• A team player who shares knowledge generously and embraces feedback to grow
