Key Responsibilities
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders related to recruitment processes and systems
• Perform gap analysis between current system capabilities and business needs
• Design and propose optimal solutions leveraging SmartRecruiters functionalities
• Configure and implement SmartRecruiters modules in line with the approved design
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption
• Analyze new SmartRecruiters releases and features and assess their impact on existing processes
• Communicate and cascade new features and enhancements to end users and stakeholders
• Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement recommendations for the platform
• Develop documentation and user guides for configurations and processes
Required Skills & Experience
• Strong experience working with SmartRecruiters platform configuration and administration
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and ATS systems
• Experience in requirement gathering and gap analysis
• Ability to translate business needs into system configurations
• Knowledge of system integrations and workflows is an advantage
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret product releases and feature updates

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years
• Experience in HR technology or recruitment systems
