• Support material planning and ordering processes for direct materials

• Follow up on daily supply chain operations to ensure material availability for production

• Collaborate with suppliers to improve on-time delivery performance

• Monitor, analyze, and report inventory levels; support actions to achieve inventory targets

• Take part in continuous improvement initiatives

• Work in an international and cross-functional environment

• 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

• Very good command of English (German is a plus)

• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills

• Proactive, collaborative, and customer-oriented approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Eagerness to learn and take responsibility in real projects
