Responsibilities
• Provide customer support in Slovenian through phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with inquiries about subscription plans, billing, and service features
• Document customer interactions and inquiries accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide tailored solutions
• Gather client feedback to enhance service offerings and support quality
• Stay informed about subscription trends and product updates
• Participate in training sessions to continually improve service skills
Requirements:
• A high level of Slovenian, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail
• A customer-centric approach with a focus on client satisfaction
• Able to multitask and manage inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support platforms and software is a plus
