Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an opportunity for a Slovenian-Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Mobile Banking Services Department! In this important role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Slovenian-speaking clients, assisting them with their inquiries regarding our mobile banking platform. Your expertise and fluency in Slovenian will be crucial in delivering exceptional support as you guide clients through their banking experiences.

Responsibilities
• Provide support to customers in Slovenian via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions related to transactions, account management, and app functionality
• Accurately document all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Educate clients on best practices for using mobile banking services securely
• Gather feedback from clients to improve service quality
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features and services
Requirements:
• A high level of Slovenian, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the financial services or banking sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to ensuring client satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with mobile banking software and customer support tools is a plus
