Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a Slovenian-Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Logistics Department located in Athens! In this dynamic entry level role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Slovenian-speaking clients, assisting them with their logistics inquiries and ensuring smooth communication throughout the shipping and delivery process.

Responsibilities
• Provide customer support in Slovenian through phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with logistics inquiries, tracking shipments, and resolving issues
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex concerns and ensure timely delivery
• Provide guidance on shipping options, rates, and logistics processes
• Gather customer feedback to help improve our logistics services
• Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on logistics industry trends
Requirements:
• A high level of Slovenian, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in logistics or transportation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to customer satisfaction
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with logistics software and systems is a plus
