Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Slovenian-Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Home Appliances Department, based in Greece! In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our Slovenian-speaking customers, providing them with exceptional support and assistance regarding their home appliance inquiries and purchases.

Responsibilities
• Provide support to customers in Slovenian through phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions related to home appliances, including usage, features, and maintenance
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
• Guide clients on product features and troubleshooting
• Collect customer feedback to enhance service quality
• Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and service skills
Requirements:
• A high level of Slovenian, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
• A customer-centric approach and a desire to assist others
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies is a plus
