Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Slovenian via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with inquiries related to food orders, delivery status, and account management
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
• Guide clients on how to use our platform and navigate promotions
• Gather customer insights to improve service delivery

Requirements:
• A high level of Slovenian, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in customer support, particularly in the food delivery or hospitality sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive and customer-focused approach
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
