Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Slovenian Speaking Content Moderator in our Social Media Department, located in Greece! In this key role, you will ensure that our clients' social media platforms remain engaging, safe, and aligned with community standards. Your fluency in Slovenian will enable you to effectively connect with our audience and manage a variety of user-generated content.

As a Content Moderator, your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and moderating content submissions, interacting with users, and ensuring compliance with community guidelines. Your attention to detail and critical thinking skills will help prevent inappropriate content from spreading while promoting positive user interactions. Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate user-generated content across various social media channels in Slovenian
• Review submissions to ensure adherence to community guidelines and brand values
• Engage with users through comments and messages, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly
• Identify and escalate any instances of inappropriate behavior or content within the community
• Collaborate with the social media team to create an engaging user experience
• Analyze community feedback to inform moderation practices and improve content strategies
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and effective moderation techniques

Requirements:
• A high level of Slovenian, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Able to multitask and prioritise responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in content moderation, community management, or customer service is desirable
• A genuine enthusiasm for social media and a commitment to fostering positive online communities
