Mercier Consultancy is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Slovenian-Speaking Consultant in our SaaS & Cloud Computing Department, based in Greece. In this dynamic role, you will provide dedicated support and expertise to our Slovenian-speaking clients as they explore and utilize our Software as a Service (SaaS) and cloud computing solutions. Your knowledge and insights will empower clients to effectively harness the power of our technology.
As a consultant, your responsibilities will include conducting training sessions, addressing client inquiries, and troubleshooting any technical challenges faced by clients. You will be instrumental in building strong client relationships and ensuring their successful adoption of our services.
Responsibilities
• Assist Slovenian-speaking clients with inquiries related to SaaS and cloud computing products
• Conduct personalized product demonstrations and training sessions tailored to client needs
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and support requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and enhance service delivery
• Stay informed on the latest trends in SaaS and cloud computing to better serve our clients
Requirements:
• A high level of Slovenian, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation
• A basic understanding of SaaS and cloud computing concepts is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in customer support or consulting is advantageous but not essential
• A passion for technology and eagerness to learn about cloud solutions is crucial
