Mercier Consultancy is seeking a skilled Slovenian-Speaking Consultant to join our Online Payment Solutions Department in Athens. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support to our Slovenian-speaking clients, helping them navigate and enhance their online payment processes for optimal transaction experiences.
Your primary focus will be on understanding client needs, delivering tailored guidance, and offering effective solutions to any challenges they encounter. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service will be key to fostering strong client partnerships and ensuring satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Assist Slovenian-speaking clients with inquiries related to online payment solutions
• Conduct training sessions to educate clients on payment system functionalities and best practices
• Efficiently troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to maintain client satisfaction
• Document all client interactions and maintain comprehensive records of support activities
• Collaborate with team members to address complex client challenges and develop effective strategies
• Gather feedback from clients to continuously enhance service offerings
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in online payment technologies
Requirements:
• A high level of Slovenian, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Basic understanding of online payment systems is preferred but not essential
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory
