In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to Slovak-speaking customers, assisting them in resolving any challenges they face with their electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support in Slovak through phone, email, and chat to customers utilizing electronic products
• Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues to assure customer satisfaction
• Document customer interactions and solutions diligently within the support database
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate complex matters
• Educate customers on product capabilities and effective usage
• Stay up-to-date with product developments and technological innovations
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance both product knowledge and customer support skills

Requirements:
• Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken, is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in technical support or a customer service role is a plus
• A friendly and customer-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving satisfactory outcomes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support software is advantageous
