Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Slovak-Speaking Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a dynamic environment while enjoying a fully paid relocation package to Sofia.
As a Slovak-Speaking Support Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for our Slovak-speaking clients, providing expert assistance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery. You will work closely with various departments to resolve customer issues, improve customer satisfaction, and promote positive client relationships.
Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality support to Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries efficiently and effectively
• Document client interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Assist clients with product usage and provide relevant training when needed
• Contribute to the development of support resources and documentation
• Gather and relay client feedback to improve service quality and processes
• Participate actively in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• Fluency in Slovak and English, both spoken and written. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria (relocation fully covered)
• Proficiency with CRM systems and support tools is a plus
