Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dedicated Slovak-Speaking Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This position offers fully paid relocation to facilitate your transition to a vibrant and growing city with excellent career prospects.

In this role, you will collaborate with Slovak-speaking clients to understand their unique business challenges and provide innovative, tailored technology solutions. You will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Slovak-speaking clients to identify and analyze their business requirements
• Design and present customized solutions addressing client needs
• Work closely with technical and project teams to ensure successful delivery
• Provide training and ongoing support to clients on deployed solutions
• Document client interactions and solution specifications clearly and accurately
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Maintain strong, long-term client relationships to support retention and growth

Requirements:
• Fluency in Slovak and English, both verbal and written.
• Your native language and nationality must be explicitly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Proven knowledge of technology solutions and consulting methodologies
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment
• Relevant experience in consulting or client-facing roles is highly desirable
• Willingness and availability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with full relocation costs covered
