Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce openings for Slovak-Speaking Sales Agents in our Telecommunications Department in Athens, Greece! We are searching for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our dynamic team and help drive sales of our innovative telecommunications solutions.

In this role, you will use your Slovak language skills to connect with customers, understand their needs, and effectively present our telecommunications products and services. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers to promote and sell various telecommunications solutions
• Provide detailed product information and assist customers through the sales process
• Manage client accounts from initial contact through to successful closing
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while supporting team goals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers for long-term engagement
• Collaborate with the team to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction

Requirements:
• Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken; your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to negotiate and influence customer decisions
• Genuine interest in telecommunications
• Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented approach
• Willingness to relocate to or currently residing in Athens, Greece
