Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Slovak through phone, email, and chat
• Assist riders and drivers with inquiries and issues related to the ride-sharing app
• Document and track customer interactions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer problems efficiently
• Offer clear information regarding ride options, promotions, and app features
• Gather client feedback to enhance the customer experience
• Participate in training sessions to remain knowledgeable about our services

Requirements:
• A high level of Slovak, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A proactive approach to customer satisfaction

• Familiarity with customer support software and tools is an advantage
