Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Slovak-Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Online Marketplace Platform Department! In this essential role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Slovak-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our online marketplace platform. Your expertise in customer service will be vital in creating a seamless shopping experience for our users.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Slovak via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with questions regarding product listings, orders, and support services
• Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Provide detailed information about promotions, policies, and platform features
• Collect feedback to help improve user experience on the platform
• Participate in ongoing training to keep updated on platform upgrades and services

Requirements:
• A high level of Slovak, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Prior experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce or online platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-first approach with a passion for helping others
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies
