Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a Slovak-Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Logistics Department, based in Athens, Greece! In this essential role, you will be the go-to resource for our Slovak-speaking clients, helping them navigate various logistics-related inquiries and ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Responsibilities
• Provide customer support in Slovak via phone, email, and chat regarding logistics inquiries
• Assist clients with shipment tracking, delivery schedules, and other logistics services
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve logistics issues in a timely manner
• Gather customer feedback to help improve our services
• Stay updated on logistical processes and best practices
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer support skills
Requirements:
• A high level of Slovak, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-centric mindset with a dedication to service excellence
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining quality service
• Familiarity with logistics software and customer support tools
