Responsibilities
• Assist customers in Slovak via phone, email, and chat regarding inquiries about luxury products and services
• Provide personalized service by understanding and fulfilling customer needs and preferences
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of our luxury brand offerings and latest collections
• Collect customer feedback to help improve our services and products
• Participate in training to stay updated on luxury retail trends and company policies
Requirements:
• A high level of Slovak, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Proficiency in customer support software and tools
