Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Slovak-Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Food Delivery Service Department in Greece! In this pivotal role, you will be the primary support for our Slovak-speaking customers, helping them navigate our food delivery platform and resolve their inquiries. Your ability to communicate effectively in Slovak will ensure that our clients enjoy a seamless and satisfying experience.

Responsibilities
• Provide customer support in Slovak through phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with their orders, inquiries about menu items, and delivery issues
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Gather customer feedback to help improve our service offerings
• Stay up-to-date with our menu changes and promotions
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer support skills
Requirements:
• A high level of Slovak, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and platforms is a plus
