In this dynamic role, you will be the primary point of contact for Slovak-speaking customers, providing them with outstanding support regarding Dyson’s innovative products and services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support in Slovak via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with questions about Dyson products, troubleshooting, and service requests
• Document customer interactions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Provide product knowledge and guide customers on how to maximize their Dyson products
• Gather customer feedback to help improve our services and products
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on Dyson’s latest innovations

Requirements:
• A high level of Slovak, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Ability to multitask and manage inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with remote working tools and technologies
