Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Slovak-Speaking Customer Support Representative for Disney Plus, working from the comfort of your own home in Greece! In this dynamic role, you will provide top-notch support to our Slovak-speaking subscribers, helping them navigate the Disney Plus platform, answer inquiries about content, and resolve any issues they may encounter.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in Slovak via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to Disney Plus
• Resolve issues regarding account access, subscription plans, and content availability
• Document customer interactions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer problems
• Provide information on upcoming content, features, and promotions
• Collect and share customer feedback to improve service delivery
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge

Requirements:
• A high level of Slovak, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A passion for providing outstanding customer service
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with customer support tools and streaming platforms is an advantage
