Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Slovak-Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Automotive Insurance & Claims Department! In this crucial role, you will be the first point of contact for our Slovak-speaking clients, assisting them with their automotive insurance inquiries and claims process. Your expertise and compassionate approach will ensure that our clients feel supported and informed throughout their interactions with us.

Responsibilities
• Provide support to customers in Slovak via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with inquiries related to automotive insurance policies, coverage options, and claims submission
• Document client interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with claims adjusters and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of claims
• Guide customers through the claims process, providing updates and assistance as needed
• Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and client satisfaction
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Requirements:
• A high level of Slovak, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to customer satisfaction and service quality
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with insurance policies and claim processes is a plus
