Slovak-Speaking Customer Service for Tourism Industry - Remote Work in Greece

Mercier Consultancy is pleased to offer an exciting remote work opportunity for a Slovak-Speaking Customer Service Representative to support our Client's Tourism Industry operations. This role allows you to work from Greece while delivering exceptional service to Slovak-speaking customers planning their travel and tourism experiences.

In this key position, you will assist customers with inquiries related to travel bookings, tours, accommodations, and other tourism-related services. Your ability to communicate fluently in Slovak and English will be essential in ensuring a smooth and delightful customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Slovak via phone, email, and chat for tourism-related inquiries and bookings
• Assist clients with travel planning, reservations, and modifications
• Resolve customer questions, concerns, and complaints effectively and professionally
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
• Collaborate with tourism partners to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
• Collect and relay customer feedback to inform service improvements
• Stay informed about tourism trends, destinations, and promotions relevant to Slovak-speaking customers

Requirements:
• Fluency in Slovak and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• You must clearly state your nationality and native language in your application.
• You must be willing to live and work in Greece.
