In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Slovak-speaking customers, helping them navigate our innovative range of smart home products and services.
Your fluency in Slovak will be essential in assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience. By delivering top-notch customer service, you will contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and loyalty within the smart home technology sector.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in Slovak via phone, email, and chat regarding smart home technology inquiries
• Troubleshoot customer issues and assist with the installation and configuration of smart home devices
• Educate clients on product features and provide guidance on effective usage
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex issues effectively
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve our offerings and services
• Stay updated on the latest trends in smart home technology and product developments
Requirements:
• Fluency in Slovak and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills with a solution-oriented approach
• Experience in customer service, particularly in technology or smart home products, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
