Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Slovak Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Real Estate Platform, located in Greece. In this important role, you will provide exceptional support to our Slovak-speaking clients, assisting them with their inquiries related to real estate listings, transactions, and services.
Your fluency in Slovak will be essential in ensuring clear communication, helping clients navigate the real estate platform, understanding property details, and addressing any concerns they may have as they search for their ideal property.
Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service in Slovak through phone, email, and chat regarding real estate queries
• Assist customers in understanding property listings, pricing, and the buying or renting process
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the real estate team to facilitate smooth transactions and customer satisfaction
• Gather feedback from clients to improve platform functionality and service quality
• Stay informed about real estate trends and market insights to better assist customers
Requirements:
• Fluency in Slovak and English, with strong communication skills
• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and support
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in real estate or a related field, is preferred
• Able to efficiently handle multiple inquiries and provide solutions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Interest in real estate and helping clients find their perfect properties
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
