Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Slovak-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Health Products Department in Greece. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Slovak-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to health products and wellness solutions.
Your fluency in Slovak will be essential as you help clients navigate product information, order processes, and address any questions they may have, ensuring they receive the best possible service from our dedicated team.
Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer service in Slovak through phone, email, and chat related to health product inquiries
• Assist customers with questions about product details, availability, and usage
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Gather customer feedback to help improve our product offerings and service quality
• Stay informed about the latest health and wellness trends to provide knowledgeable assistance
Requirements:
• A high level of Slovak, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in health or retail sectors, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple customer inquiries effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
• Genuine interest in health and wellness, eager to help customers
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
